As I walked up to the place, I made a note of the black stain on the concrete leaving the restaurant. You can certainly smell the grill when you walk in, which wasn’t a bad smell, but obviously a lot of char is floating in the air making it to the ground and getting tracked outside. The service was friendly. Not overtly helpful or attentive, but friendly. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken with noodles and Mac. I prefer white meat and some places have that as an option, but not here. That said, the chicken was good and tender. The sauce is very sodium heavy. It is grilled over a flame and I was happy to see some char, but some of the char was from the grill (not the chicken) which meant it tasted more like charcoal. But not too much though. The room seems pretty laid back (which is so Hawaiian), yet I wished there was more. It’s like they put in the kitchen, some tables and pictures and quit. Overall, not bad.

This place is Dope. The food is great and parking was easy. It was right next door to Quest Diagnostics. So it was the obvious go-to for lunch after my draw. First time a won't be the last. Thank you. Mom and I got the Teriyaki Chicken an my girl got the Kalua Pig an all three were great. I got the split 50-50 (rice-fried noodles). The noodles are like the best yakisoba noodles I've ever had at a restaurant. lol. Anyway. Definitely check it out

We have been looking for good Hawaiian food locally for some time. This place is definitely a hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious. The Dirty Katsu was crispy and flavorful. My husband got lava chicken and loved the dimension on flavors it had. Customer service was great. I really want to try the spam musubi next time we go back there.

Comfortable place. The server was nice and patient as well. She recommended me the dish to order. They have many options to choose for the side. The chicken katsu was really nice. The portion was big enough that I couldn't finish it(as a female). I will probably visit again if I have a chance.

Tried this for the first time the other day, and I was PLEASANTLY surprised. I got the lunch plate with garlic chicken, rice, and Mac salad. It was 10/10 delicious. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. The portion size was enough to feed me and my toddler for lunch and for us to have leftovers for dinner! Tastes great reheated. My husband got the Fiya ribs, and I must say, I kept taking pieces off his plate. The char on the meat was top-notch. He got fried rice with his, and it had chunks of bacon and egg in it. Again, I kept eating off his plate because it was so yummy. I feel like the prices were fair, the atmosphere was friendly and casual, a great place for a family outing. We will definitely be dining here again!

This place is amazing! I’ve been trying to find a good Hawaiian plate lunch place that actually tastes like back home and this place hit it on the spot. Let me tell you when I walked into this place it even smelt like a local grindz spot. We got their surf and turf special fiyah ribs/garlic shrimp plate, garlic chicken plate, and da kanak snack! Everything was so ono! Please never close down. Whenever I come down to visit the in laws I will forever come and eat here! Service was immaculate too! Aloha spirit is blessed in this place.

Absolutely phenomenal, best Hawaiian food in town personal opinion. Friendly staff, open floor space perfect for a wheelchair user. Seats are nicely spaced so you aren't cramped even in the booths.

Simple and quite delicious! I had the Island Tacos. I had them do both the pulled pork and the cod. So glad I did. The Sriracha Agave Lime sauce is amazing. I’m going to try to make that for home use. My hushed the Lave Chicken and though it was wonderful. Atmosphere is very casual and the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely be going back when I’m in the area.
